NatashaHi, I’m N. Welcome to my blog where I post my favourite recipes! Having being diagnosed with a dairy and wheat intolerance in December 2012, I have spent the past year testing and developing these recipes on this site. In addition to being dairy and wheat free, many of my recipes are sugar-free and meat-free as I’m trying to lead ‘the kind life’ to the best of my abilities… That’s not to say there won’t be the occasional slip up!

Aside from cooking and baking, I love staying fit, exploring London and chocolate! I live with my best friend L and our fish in a little flat in London. We’re both university students at the moment and though she’s not intolerant, she’s a foodie too!
